The spacious living room has two single beds, bedside storage units, clothes hanging space and air conditioning and is divided from the modern Kitchen Area by the breakfast bar.

Kitchen Area
The Kitchen Area is fully equipped with an oven and ceramic hob, microwave/ oven/ grill, dishwasher, washing machine, cafetière-style coffee maker, toaster, kettle, breakfast bar and stools. There is a large glass and chrome dining table and chairs.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, wash basin and toilet and natural daylight.

Terrace
With beautiful views of the Mijas mountains, the terracotta-tiled terrace runs the whole length of the double-fronted apartment, which is surrounded by a low wall, shrubs and plants. There is an additional large, gated terraced area in front of the apartment terrace.

Swimming Pool
There is large swimming pool for the sole use of apartment guests a few meters away which can be seen from the sitting room window.

Car Park
There is a free private, gated car park for guests to use, and free parking spaces on the private road.
