Living Salon
The spacious Living Salon, with full size single beds (which can be used for double sleeping), and a sofa bed, has views over the patio to the mountains.  There is UK Freeview satellite television and electric heating, and a ceiling and floor fans for cooling.  There are cool, glazed floor tiles and carpets for winter. The whole apartment is well furnished and comfortable.

Kitchen area
Is well equipped with refrigerator, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave/oven/grill, washing machine, kettle, cafetière-style coffee maker, toaster and breakfast bar with stools.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, wash basin and toilet and natural daylight.

Outside
Outside is a small, terracotta tiled terrace surrounded by a low wall with shrubs and plants. There is a table and four terrace chairs for sitting and eating outside or inside and stunning views of the Mijas mountains

Swimming Pool
There is a large swimming pool for the sole use of all apartment guests a few meters away.

Car Park
There is a free private, gated car park for guests to use, and free parking spaces on the private road.
