Lounge
The carpeted lounge with its deep, corner sofa, has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, British satellite television and double doors opening onto the long, sunny terrace, with table and cushioned chairs for dining and chairs for lounging. It has double doors to the bedroom and the living room.

Bedroom
The bedroom has a King-size double bed, plenty of clothes hanging space and storage and opens onto both the lounge and hallway, although it can be completely private.

Open plan Living Room
The spacious living room has two single beds, bedside storage units, clothes hanging space and air conditioning and is divided from the modern kitchen area by the breakfast bar.

The Kitchen area has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave/ oven/ grill, dishwasher, breakfast bar and stools. There is a large glass and chrome dining table and chairs. The washing machine is installed in the hall cupboards.

Bathroom
The all marble bathroom has bath with shower attachment, wash basin and toilet and natural daylight.

All rooms have cool, tiled floors and can be interlinked or closed off for privacy.

Heating and cooling is accessed via the air conditioning units, ceiling fan and floor fans in each room.

Terrace
The terracotta-tiled terrace runs the whole length of the double-fronted apartment, surrounded by a low wall and discrete vegetation. There is an additional large, gated terraced area just beyond the apartment terrace.

Swimming Pool
There is a large swimming pool for the sole use of all apartment guests a few yards away. The apartment does not overlook the swimming pool
