This has a stainless steel sink, fitted cupboards and worktops, refrigerator, electric cooker and hob, microwave/oven/grill, washing machine and breakfast bar with stools.

Bathroom
There is a good sized, all marble, bathroom with bath and shower attachment, wash basin, toilet and natural daylight.

There is electric heating and a ceiling and floor fans for cooling, and the whole apartment is well lit with table lamps, spotlights and recessed lighting.

The apartment has cool, glazed floor tiles and carpets for winter. There is British satellite television.

Outside
Is a small, terracotta tiled terrace surrounded by a low wall with trailing flowers. There is a table and four cushioned terrace chairs for sitting and eating outside or inside.

Swimming Pool
There is a large swimming pool for the sole use of all apartment guests a few yards away. The apartment does not overlook the swimming pool
